For the past 25 years, Lawrence Lyonhardt has been helping clients buy and sell real estate throughout the Monterey Peninsula, including Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley, Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Big Sur.  He specializes in distinctive single family residences and condominiums ranging from $500,000 to several million dollars.  Lawrence’s clients trust his insight, particularly on local market dynamics, construction, investment opportunities, and specialty properties such as luxury oceanfront and golf estates.

Lawrence is well known for his integrity and reliability, his superb negotiating skills, and his relentless dedication to fully meeting their real estate needs.  He also has a natural ability to create a comfortable working relationship, which explains why more than 75% of his client base consists of repeat customers and their referrals.

Having raised three children in the area, Lawrence is also well versed on the many opportunities available for youth, as well as the various features of the area’s private and public schools.

Lawrence is a member of the National Association of Realtors®.  He is also a long-time member of the Council of Residential Specialists and has earned its Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest designation for real estate sales associates nationwide.

Additionally, Lawrence holds a Masters Degree in psychology, and was actively involved in business management and consulting over a 15-year period prior to entering the real estate profession.
